Our ethical code

To live up to the expectations of discerning clients and candidates we set ourselves the highest standards:

  • Unless otherwise instructed, V&N and Partners does not divulge the client’s identity unless we know that such candidate is qualified for and genuinely interested in the specific opportunity.
  • V&N and Partners never contacts a recruited candidate with new opportunities while they are employed with our client.
  • We will not approach employees of client companies for a period of 3 years after assignment confirmation.
  • Honest, open communication with you throughout the assignment.
  • V&N and Partners gives equal opportunity to suitably qualified candidates regardless of gender, religion, race, disability, age or sexual orientation.
